yes - it was included with "er...so,ething...", but some people divided the flexi from the LP and sold them extra (jarmusic in germany for example). so: wherever you find the flexi, try to get also the lp - they belong together.
There were 5000 of these made, initially to be given away with music magazine in England but when the magazine folded there were enough left over to include with the first 500 copies of the first LP. The band members themselves went to the distribution plant to insert them by hand! The songs (but not the trivial banter between tracks) were later released on the third and final JCD album called "Rutling Orange Peel and Blind Lemon Pie".
